Wax Injection
PURPOSE:

To produce a quality product that meets all customer quality and production standards in a timely
fashion.

INPUTS AND OUTPUTS:
What and How Output
1. Employee injects wax into tooling required to
produce patterns running injection presses.
Produce a quality product in a timely fashion
2. Follow all safety procedures including
wearing all PPE.
A safe and healthy work environment.
3. Follow and comprehend department work
instructions.
Quality part that meets customer demand.
4. Ability to set up injection machines using
company work instructions per job.

Produce a product in a timely manner that meets all customer requirements.

5. Acceptable attendance percentage. Company meets shipping goals and employees attain bonus incentives.
6. The employee is expected to show
continuous and satisfactory progress in
the work responsibilities as determined by
the supervisor.
A fully trained employee that helps department reach all company goals.

7. The employee maintains required records
needed to run any job in process.

Paperwork / records meets or exceeds company and or customer requirements.
8. Employee takes proper care in all equipment
and tooling. Procedures are followed.
Jobs are run and quality is achieved. Tooling is properly run, cleaned and stored after use in proper place.
9. Employee works where company needs are. Company benefits from cross trained
employees.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1) Basic math skills.
2) Basic reading comprehension.
3) Ability to follow and comprehend department work instructions.
4) No specific experience, but experience preferred.
5) Good hand eye coordination.
6) High School Diploma, GED Equivalency or Equivalent work Experience.
7) Ability to lift or move light or heavy material.
SPECIAL SKILLS:

1) Good PC skills. 
2) Ability to stay on task and focus on job at hand.
3) Open to change and a continuous improvement mindset.
4) Team player and ability to adapt to changing environment.
5) Of urgency, in completing responsibilities.
