3) Must be able to lift 50 pounds ergonomically correct
Castings are heavy parts made of metal that can weigh up to 900 pounds. Most parts are less then 50 pounds and we expedite in many manners, such as; lifting on to carts or lowering on to pallets. This is why a 50lbs. is the standard
4) Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Must always try maintain a team attitude
To promote teamwork environment.
5) Enter labor and move parts using PC equipment and hand written documentation (Shop Routers)
To maintain accurate and consistent part and alloy tractability.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1) High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3) Ability to perform in a self-directed environment with little supervision.
4) Experience in a foundry or related manufacturing facility.
