| What We Offer |
| BESCAST offers complete customer service throughout each phase of the casting purchase process. While products are manufactured exclusively to our customers’ designs and specifications, our engineering expertise is available throughout design, development and manufacturing stages. |
| Through techniques such as machined wax patterns, selectively laser sintered patterns, and wax-jet printed patterns, BESCAST can provide rapid prototype castings within a few weeks for limited volume requirements. We can also develop and validate casting designs. |
| Alloys cast at BESCAST include aluminum; ferrous; nickel; and cobalt base air and vacuum melt. Castings pour weights range up to 800 lbs. for air melt alloys, 150 lbs. for aluminum, and 100 lbs. for vacuum melt super-alloys. In-house manufacturing techniques include use of soluble cores; pre-formed low pressure and high pressure ceramic cores; wax/plastic patterns; roll-over casting; vacuum assist casting; double chamber vacuum casting for super alloys; vacuum heat treat; wire EDM gate removal. Our Nondestructive testing capabilities include; radiographic inspection; fluorescent penetrant inspection; magnetic particle inspection; and CMM dimensional inspection. |

We specialize in boring, turning, tapping, milling, and EDM machining of difficult-to-machine super-alloys, as well as complex cast configurations. Our machining expertise often proves a valuable asset when establishing and developing effective casting and machining interfaces, as well as developing suitable datum/target dimensioning schemes. |

| CAD Capabilities |
| Using your electronic data, we download your solid model or CAD drawing into our fully integrated CAD-CAM system, allowing us to quickly generate rapid prototype models and launch tool builds in our in-house Tooling Department. |
| On Time – On Target |
| BESCAST is dedicated to supplying quality products on time. We utilize fully integrated, automated systems that coordinate and track production and evaluate performance. Real-time data collection is accomplished through bar-code scanning at each manufacturing step, and total performance is monitored through various comprehensive measurements. |
| BESCAST recently expanded its Willoughby, Ohio headquarters to include more than 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. |
